Garlic Paste
INGREDIENTS:
115 g/4 oz. garlic cloves, halved
125 ml/4 fl. oz. water
DIRECTION:
- Plase the garlic cloves and water in food processor or in a blender and process to make a paste. Transfer to a glass jar with lid and store in the refrigerator.
Ginger Paste

125 ml/4 fl. oz water
